It seems like just yesterday that I was braving the cold in Edmonton wearing my Christmas sweater but that was over a month ago! What have I been up to? After enjoying a restful holiday I returned to the hustle of SAIT’s winter orientation. This was a great event for students beginning our January (winter) intake. These programs include:
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Technology
- Bachelor of Applied Technology Petroleum Engineering
- Business Administration
- Civil Engineering Technology
- Engineering Design and Drafting
- Health Information Office Assistant
- Hospitality management
- Medical Laboratory Assistant
- Pharmacy Technician- Retail
- Professional Cooking
- Sterile Processing Technician
We were excited to welcome these students to campus.
After Orientation our focus is now towards our upcoming Open House which is taking place on February 6 and 7. These two action packed days are full of scheduled activities to help you explore potential career opportunities. Activities include tours, hands on exhibits, demonstrations and the opportunity to speak with instructors and students.
I encourage both confirmed and potential students to attend Open House as it is the best opportunity to learn everything there is to know about SAIT.
